UN charter flight project with Ethiopia

McDan Shipping Company as General Sales Agents for Ethiopian Airlines coordinated an export of medical kits on a chartered flight from Ghana to Addis Ababa. From receipt of the cargo from the truck of the shipper to the warehouse, we ensured ground handlers had duly palletized cargo according to IATA standards to avoid damage. This was to ensure there were no accidents, near misses or losses in the loading process. Cargo was finally moved to the ramp, where we also ensured that agents working on the shipment loaded cargo onto aircraft appropriately after which we issued the final Air Waybill for the consignment.
